7) If the passage given has too many characters, jot down key points or traits of the characters so you are not confused by who says what if there is a lot of dialogue.
8) If quoting a sentence, first word must be capitalized.
For example: The sentence is 'The minutes crawled by.'.
9) If quoting a sentence, you'll have two full periods (full stops) at the end of your answer

10) If quoting a phrase, first word is not capitalized.
For example: The phrase is 'grinned sheepishly'.
